"What if we become everything?" Exhibition by Bibi Joan

You are invited to the exhibition ‘What If We Become Everything’. An art project that explores intuition, creativity, and play – but above all, of what happens when we dare to let go.
Artist Bibi-Joan and poet Onno Peerlings invited each other into a space where spontaneity and vulnerability take center stage. Through a ‘photo game,’ they gave themselves 10 seconds to connect with each other’s bodies, capturing the moment in analog nude self-portraits. This raw, instinctive process evolved into a visual and written dialogue on three ten-meter-long rolls of paper – a continuous, unfiltered flow of expression.
Born from a struggle with expectations and the pressure to achieve, this project invites you to reconsider: What if the path itself holds more value than the destination?

Via analoge naakt zelfportretten zoeken ze contact met elkaar én met zichzelf. Deze rauwe beeldtaal vloeit verder op drie rollen papier van elk 10 meter lang, vol poëzie, foto’s en spontane expressie.
Geboren uit hun persoonlijke strijd met verwachtingen en controle, nodigt het project uit tot loslaten. Tot voelen in plaats van bewijzen. Want soms ligt de echte betekenis niet in het resultaat, maar in het proces zelf.
