Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Welcome to Vinyasa yoga class by Lena Hasebrink in Lycka buurtkamer next to Sloterdijk station.
Lena is a passionate yoga teacher, originally from Germany and based in Amsterdam. Her yoga journey began over 10 years ago, but it wasn’t until she experienced a deep personal loss—her home and two beloved animals—that yoga truly became her anchor. In the midst of uncertainty and anxiety, her daily practice offered a sense of safety and stillness—the one place where she could just be.
What started as a way to cope became a calling. Trusting her intuition, Lena left her job in hospitality and booked a trip to Goa, India where she completed her 200h multistyle yoga teacher training and deepened her connection to the roots of the practice.
Vinyasa Flow is where Lena feels most at home. Her classes mix together traditional foundations with a modern, accessible approach—inviting people of all levels to move mindfully, breathe fully, and come back to themselves.
With compassion and presence, Lena creates a safe space to explore, soften, and reconnect—guided by the belief that yoga is for everyone, and that healing begins with listening to your body.
Vinyasa is a more dynamic style of yoga where breath and movement are linked in a flowing sequence. It feels like a moving meditation, almost a dance, helping you build strength, flexibility, and presence on the mat.
This yoga class is accessible to both beginners and advanced students. The yoga class is open to people over 16 years old.
There are yoga mats avaiable at the Lycka buurtkamer. Please bring your own blanket if you feel like.
