Op zondag 20 februari zal het eerste concert in de Buurtkamer plaatsvinden!

Gitarist, componist en Lycka-bewoner Luka Schuurman maakt muziek die de tijd doet verdwijnen. Zijn losse composities bieden veel ruimte voor improvisatie en nemen de luisteraar mee door een filmische wereld van geluid. Schuurman treedt op met zangeres en buurtgenoot Lini, wiens stem duikvluchten van grootse hoogtes neemt en intieme dieptes verkent, en geluidsman David Knap, die met zijn live geluid en elektronica de klanken moeiteloos doet samensmelten.

Op zijn recente album Translucid verkent Schuurman kolkende landschappen van loops, piano en koorachtige zang waar je als luisteraar in meegezogen wordt, check het album hier.

On Sunday February 20 the first concert will take place at the Lycka Buurtkamer!

Guitarist, composer and Lycka resident Luka Schuurman makes time disappear with his music. His loose compositions leave lots of space for improvisation and take the listener on through a cinematic landscape of sound. Schuurman will perform alongside singer and neighbor Lini, whose voice dives from great heights and explores intimate depths, and sound engineer David Knap, who makes all the tones interweave effortlessly with his live sound and electronics.
